The Ella Initiative

A social impact organization aimed at increasing access to education through scholarships and mentorship in Latin America. Our vision is to create an organization that would be emblematic of the powerful relationships we’ve had throughout our lives. By providing scholarships for young women, we can contribute to their desire for a better future. We can create access to opportunities that not many would have but for a quality education. Ultimately, we believe we are products of Legacy, Opportunity, and Community. We envision that with The ELLA Initiative: A network willing to provide more access and opportunities.

Many Latin American countries do not – yet – have the infrastructure to provide a quality education for all. Because of this, a formal education often takes a back seat. We aim to change that by providing educational scholarships for young women. “Ella” is you, us, and every woman we aspire to be. Will you join us?
